As the regional manager of Rachlin Staffing, Sara leads the division’s Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando offices. With in-depth experience and knowledge in all aspects of corporate and staffing agency recruiting, she has successfully placed hundreds of candidates in temporary and permanent positions at all skill levels from executive to mid-career for degreed and non-degreed, exempt and non-exempt positions. Ms. Salazar is passionate about exceptional client service—ensuring solid business partnerships and staffing solutions tailored to meet the very specific needs of each client.
During her career, Ms. Salazar has garnered extensive executive and contract project management recruiting experience. She is skilled in all facets of the interview and evaluation process. Prior to joining Rachlin Staffing, Ms. Salazar was the regional manager for a national staffing company where she directed, managed and trained a team responsible for placing candidates in accounting, finance and human resources positions. |
