Over the course of his 22 years, he has recruited for all levels of individuals for opportunities that were either local, national or international in responsibility or location. Prior to joining Rachlin Financial Staffing, Ray owned an HR Consulting Firm which assisted companies in all areas of human resources. |

She has more than 12 years of experience in staffing and management, with particular emphasis in executive and contract project management recruitment. Prior to joining Rachlin Sara was the regional manager for a national staffing company, where she managed and trained a team who placed talent in accounting, finance and human resources positions. |
